Bookings & Cancellations

We value your time, our time & the service that we provide. Unfortunately, the services we offer are not like a physio/chiro/beautician where your appointment might only be 20 minutes – we block a whole hour for each every person’s salt therapy session. Last minute cancellations cost us dearly if we are unable to re-fill the appointment. So, in order to be able to afford to continue operating, we must strictly enforce our cancellation policy.

We request that payments for all appointments are made at time of booking either over the phone or via our website online shop.
Please have your credit card or gift certificate or voucher or online order number with you at time of booking. If this is not possible at time of booking, all appointments must be paid for a minimum of 48 hours prior to the appointment time. If a client has pre-paid & then needs to cancel, provided we have received adequate notice (24 hours), we will either refund them in full or transfer the payment to another date if they reschedule.

We ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible when cancelling, however a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling of appointments is necessary to avoid cancellation fees. We welcome you to send someone else along instead rather than incur a cancellation fee. For cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or where a client is a no-show for the appointment, clients will be charged 100% of a normal appointment cost by way of a cancellation fee. For bookings with vouchers, please note cancellation fees will be deducted from the value of the voucher as per the above description where applicable.
For Wednesday cancellations you are required to notify us by 12:00 previous Sunday as we are closed Mondays & Tuesdays and unable to refill your spot for a Wednesday appointment.

Conditions of Entry

– NO food or drinks are allowed at the Rooms
We take care about the clarity of our healing salty environments. Hence, all possible measures are taken to prevent littering, spills etc.
Also, chewing alters the breathing patterns and will compromise the overall efficiency of Salt Therapy session.

– NO mobile phones or tablets are allowed at the Rooms
An exclusion to that are electronic devices in Airplane Mode, used for reading or listening music through headphones or noise canceling.
However, the noise level should be minimized to not disturb other visitors.

– NO SMOKING ODOUR
Please, do NOT SMOKE at least one hour prior your appointment. Smokers may be refused entering the Rooms in case of found having
noticeable odour. We stand for equal rights of our patients and strive to keep the Rooms’ atmosphere neutral for everyone whatever
their likes or dislikes are. Some people, especially non-smokers and regulars with respiratory conditions including Asthma, are
very sensitive to any odours and may be physically unable to stay for the session if any foreign odour is present.

– NO PERFUME
Perfume lovers, please, minimize the use of any perfume or essential oil on the day of your Salt Therapy session. Aromas may alter
the breathing patterns and trigger some conditions like Asthma or Epilepsy. So, Salt Rooms administration may have to refuse you from
entering the Rooms or interrupt your session if other visitors complain about a foreign odour. It is a safety measure.
