In the peaceful, tranquil and a unique therapeutic environment created in our Salt Rooms, you can practice your yoga and meditation.

Yoga Classes:

Yoga classes are conducted by qualified yoga teachers from Hatha Yoga Space.
You register in member portal of Hatha Yoga Space to access their flexible payment schedule.

Individual Yoga sessions are available by appointment. One session (normally 60 minutes) is $80.

The room is giving your practice a new dimension which is rich in negative ions, purified air through convective diffusion from the salt walls and floor and Hepa air filtered system. Those unique conditions will boost your immune system, stamina and general health. The room is particularly helpful for those who suffer from respiratory ailments. “The last Saturday`s morning I have discovered the Yoga at Salt Room, a real find-a jewel of a studio with very competent instructor to match! The atmosphere was low key and relaxed; 1 hr class incorporated a gentle set of poses/asana, breathe awareness, and a short meditation. It was the experience of whole body, mind & spirit activation within the nurturing salt room. Perfect for beginners of Yoga, people with the allergy, women in the menopausal stage of life, & for those looking to gently move their bodies with awareness and care. I have especially liked the snake and butterfly, sort of playing with your body rather than torturing it, poses. Joanna, the instructor, has a very calming way about her teaching. She made me think more about myself and less about what everyone else was doing . She also managed to transfer my soul to the upper level of conscious. It was the first time in a yoga class I have ever been able to do it!”
