There are a number of causes that result in constant tightening of the tissues, distortion and blockages. Months and years of such a stress not only brings into a physical pain and stiffness but also into emotional disbalance, suppressed senses etc.
Massage is one of the most effective ways to prevent and treat muscle injuries, pain and soreness. That’s why we offer it to our Yoga students. While enjoying all the benefits of Hatha Yoga, massage helps us to keep our practice safe and enjoyable.

Helpful in treating specific areas of muscle tension caused by stress or injury. In this massage, when necessary and with your consent we use amethyst crystals to boost the healing effect.
After a few sessions your energy levels will raise together with your circulation improved and cellulite removal. Along with improved blood and lymphatic circulation, the cellulite massage helps also to eliminate the toxins from the body and the excessive water from the tissues. You will see that your skin is more soft, elastic and firm and you muscles are more toned. Your body will be shaped and the body circumference decreased.
At the end of winter, or after a period of high stress, the body will really benefit from lymphatic drainage, to reduce the sluggishness brought on by too many starchy, high fat foods and too little exercise. Because it is such a gentle treatment, it is one of the most relaxing. And the relaxation is enhanced as the cleansing and rejuvenating effects relieve stress.

Shiatsu is a traditional hands-on Japanese healing therapy that is a feel good, therapeutic massage whereby natural body weight is used in applying pressure to special points on the body. This is combined with stretches, joint rotations and joint manipulation which aims at treating the patient on a holistic level. Shiatsu rebalances the flow of energy along the meridians or channels.
Shiatsu is a deeply relaxing experience and regular Shiatsu sessions help to prevent the build up of stress.
A healing technique where the therapist channels energy into the patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient’s body and restore physical and emotional well-being. Reiki sessions are now available by appointment. Medicare or private health rebate may be available.
